Missed opportunities and cringeworthy mishaps aside, this TV series had so much potential! The trailer had me on the edge of my seat, and with such a renowned director at the helm, my expectations were sky-high. Sadly, iQIYI pulled a major prank on us when it came to the most crucial scene - the avalanche. Talk about a letdown! It was a vital plot device and the execution just made me cringe. But hey, let's not dwell on the negatives alone!

    Despite its flaws, this series...

still had plenty of charm. The premise was intriguing and the suspense kept me hooked. It may not have been a masterpiece, but it was definitely a decent watch. I do wish, however, that iQIYI had trimmed this down to a few episodes and embraced a lighter tone. That would have taken it from good to great!

In this day and age, it's hard to put faith in contemporary romantic dramas. But with all its twists and turns, this series managed to hold its own. So, if you're in the mood for a little suspense with a dash of romance, give it a shot. It might not be perfect, but it's still worth a watch. Let's just hope future drama offerings are a bit more consistent!

Dude, let me tell you about this jaw-dropping drama that's got me totally hooked. It's all about this girl named Lou Qianyi who loses her memory in a crazy avalanche accident. From there, it's all about her journey to figure out who she really is, with this guy named Hou Youze playing a major part in her life.

Okay, so at first, the story is a bit complicated and might leave you feeling scattered. But trust me, as you keep watching, things start to make sense...

and you get the whole backstory of the characters and how it all connects. It's not a slow burner either, man. You'll find yourself unconsciously binge-watching 'cause it's got that addictive factor.

Now, let's talk about the performances. The dude playing Hou Youze, Ou Hao, is a total pro. He brings this obsessive and pitiful character to life with just his eyes and facial expressions. It's kind of scary, to be honest. And Victoria Song, man, she's come a long way with her acting skills. She really nails all the different roles she plays in the drama.

The music in this show is on point too. It sets the mood perfectly, making you feel all the suspense and adrenaline rush. Although, I gotta admit, sometimes they go a little overboard with it. It's like the music is telling you how to feel in every scene. But hey, despite that, it still manages to keep you on the edge of your seat.

There are a few scenes that lack logic and coherence, though. Like, how can someone who just went through a major accident look totally normal after just a month?! And the CGI during the avalanche scene is a total joke, man. It's so fake, it's hilarious. But hey, those are just minor bumps in the road.

Now, the ending might be a hit or miss for some people. But personally, I thought it was the perfect way to wrap things up. This drama, Lover or Stranger, is definitely one of my all-time favorites. It's refreshing to see a Chinese drama in this genre, and I really hope they make more like it in the future. Give it a shot, dude. I bet you'll love it.

Once upon a time, in the land of television, there was a series that seemed to be hiding its true magic. The initial ratings might have whispered skepticism, but as a dedicated viewer, I was determined to unlock its secrets.

From the first episode, I was captivated by the enchanting story that gradually unraveled. Like a beautifully crafted puzzle, each piece fell into place, leaving me intrigued and eager for more. There was never a dull moment, nor did the thought of abandoning the series ever...

    cross my mind.

One thing that pleasantly surprised me was the way the show incorporated children, adding a subtle touch of lightness to the overall tone. It was a refreshing and welcome addition, injecting a sense of innocence and wonder into the narrative.

The characters and their portrayals were a true delight. The actors effortlessly brought them to life, leaving no cringe-worthy moments in their wake. It was evident that they poured their hearts and souls into their performances, creating a believable and engaging ensemble.

However, in the midst of this enchantment, there were a few areas that could be nitpicked. The romantic element, though present, didn't quite reach its full potential, leaving me yearning for more depth and development. Additionally, the pace of the series was somewhat leisurely, but thankfully, it didn't hinder my enjoyment. And while there were occasional flashbacks, they were not excessive, serving their purpose without overpowering the main narrative.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this series to anyone who craves a good story. It may have received an unfair low rating, but for those willing to immerse themselves in its world, they will discover a captivating tale that will leave them longing for more.

This TV series offers a unique and intriguing storyline that keeps viewers hooked from the start. The actors deliver solid performances, particularly Oho Ou, who proves his versatility and talent in this role. The plot is filled with a sense of mystery and suspense, as layers upon layers of lies unravel, revealing the devastating consequences of deception. The characters are put to the test, forcing them to confront their actions and determine if their humanity still remains.

However, despite its captivating premise, the ending of the...

series falls short of expectations. It would have been better if the story had concluded earlier, possibly in a previous episode, or if the main characters had managed to find happiness together in a later installment. This disappointing ending somewhat tainted an otherwise engaging and thought-provoking series.
