    An Epic Letdown

Prepare yourselves for one wild rollercoaster ride of emotions! This drama had such immense potential with its star-studded cast and hype. I was expecting a masterpiece, but boy, was I in for a surprise!

The story started off with such promise, weaving through a multitude of intriguing plotlines. I was hooked from the very beginning. The talented cast brought their A-game, delivering performances that kept me on the edge of my seat. Every episode left me craving for more!

But alas, things took an unexpected...

turn. The writers seemed to have lost their way, leaving me scratching my head in confusion. The once meaningful and coherent story took a nosedive into pure chaos. It felt as if someone threw in a random pile of puzzles and expected us to solve them without any guidance. Talk about a major letdown!

However, I have to give credit where credit is due. The main leads undoubtedly stole the show with their undeniable charisma. Their die-hard fans will surely find solace in their favorite actors' presence, even if the storyline takes a questionable turn. Kudos to the leads for salvaging what they can from this mess!

In conclusion, I can't in good conscience recommend this drama unless you're willing to sacrifice your precious time or you're an ardent fan of the main leads. This show had so much potential, but sadly, it fell short of expectations. But hey, if you're up for a wild ride filled with curveballs and surprises, give it a go! Who knows, maybe you'll find the chaos oddly captivating.

Okay, I'm gonna break the mold here and say that I actually really enjoyed this one. It had its flaws, but overall, it was a fun and light-hearted romance. The chemistry between the two leads was fantastic, and I always loved seeing them on screen together. There were these playful teasing scenes that were just delightful. Like, he asks her if she's hungry, and she thinks he's inviting her to dinner, but then he suggests that she should eat with her family instead. It's a...

simple back-and-forth, but it perfectly captures where their relationship is at that moment.

There's some mild threat throughout the story, but it's not that significant and gets resolved without much drama. It kinda serves as a way to push the romance forward instead of being its own thing. But here's something interesting that the show brings up: the age of a person who's frozen. If you're frozen at a certain age and then thawed out years later, how old are you? In a society that puts so much importance on age, it's a thought-provoking question. They don't fully answer it in the show, but they explore some intriguing situations, like a potential romantic interest between the main character and her friend's son, who matches her frozen age. It really makes you think about the possibilities.

Now, I have to admit, I was kinda frustrated at the beginning because some of the characters had these over-the-top reactions. I mean, one of them couldn't even stand properly, and they both looked like they were having heart attacks. It was a bit much, and it made me think the show was trying to be a farcical comedy, which it definitely wasn't. I was so close to dropping it because I'm not a fan of that genre. But thankfully, the characters eventually toned it down, and the story started to develop in a more balanced way. It had its funny and emotional moments, but most importantly, it kept me engaged.

The ending was good, although there were moments where it seemed like it might stumble and fall. But it managed to stay on its feet. Although, I have to mention that one scene with an old-man-cardigan was a bit too much for me.

This was my first time watching a drama with Won Jin-Ah, and I have to say, I'm definitely gonna check out more of her work. She has such a unique voice and presence, and I'm curious to see how she tackles different types of characters. Ji Chang Wook was also great as always. This wasn't a particularly challenging role for him since it was his first drama after returning from the Army, but it allowed him to show a more sensitive side compared to his previous action-packed roles.

So yeah, this show wasn't exactly deep, but it was light and fun. No unnecessary breakups or anything like that. Just cute scenes with a cute couple as they navigate their way to romance. There were a few bumps along the road, especially towards the end, but it all led to a satisfying conclusion.

I was pleasantly surprised by this drama despite its initial negative reception. While it does follow the conventions of a typical romantic K-drama, its standout aspect is undeniably the cast. Ji Chang Wook once again delivers a flawless performance, expertly portraying the depth of his character's emotions. Won Jin Ah, in her first appearance, showcases her commendable acting skills and shares undeniable chemistry with the male lead.

Although there are moments of melodrama and some plot inconsistencies, the drama remains an enjoyable watch for those seeking...

a quintessential romance with a captivating male lead and a charming female lead. Ji Chang Wook's return to the small screen could have been stronger, considering his previous projects, but he excels at conveying his character's emotions with genuine sincerity. The final episode, in particular, tugs at the heartstrings, leaving a lasting impact.

In conclusion, while the plot may not exceed expectations, this drama offers a delightful viewing experience. The chemistry between the main characters is a highlight, culminating in a satisfying, happy ending. And let's not forget, it stars the charismatic Ji Chang Wook. So, if you're in the mood for a feel-good romantic series, it's definitely worth a watch.

Honestly, I had no plans to watch this series, but somehow I found myself getting sucked in. Maybe it was because of Changwook's comeback, or maybe I just couldn't resist Jinah's voice. Either way, I have to say, it wasn't worth it.

Let's talk about the story, or well, what even is the story? It makes zero sense, to be honest. The concept had potential, but the execution was just plain bad and boring. Some of the characters' actions and dialogue had no logic whatsoever, leaving...

me scratching my head. And this is supposed to be a rom-com, but the romance lacked any real buildup. It just kind of happened out of nowhere, so the chemistry between the leads felt off the entire time. And don't even get me started on the forced comedy and the overacting of some of the supporting characters.

I feel like the writer should have focused more on the lead characters adjusting to society and creating a more compelling love story. But hey, what do I know? I guess they had other plans.

The characters themselves aren't exactly memorable. Dongchan is like a slice of plain white bread - boring and dry. Changwook could have done so much better with a more interesting role. Although, I have to admit, Miran does have a bit more personality and her own goals. But seriously, I'm still trying to figure out how she ended up falling for Dongchan. What did she see in him? Probably just his handsome face, because I can't think of any other reason.

As for the supporting characters, they are mostly forgettable, annoying, or have no real impact on the plot. From the forgettable villain to the producer and even Miran's ex. They just didn't add much to the overall story.

There were a few scenes that I did enjoy though, like some heartwarming moments between Namtae and Miran when they reunited. And the transitions between the older and younger counterparts were well done. But unfortunately, I didn't feel any emotional connection to any of the main characters.

I should have known better than to trust this writer, especially after the disaster of their previous work that I disliked. It's such a shame to see this as Changwook's big comeback drama. It feels like such a waste of talent from the entire cast. Ugh. But hey, if you're a die-hard fan of the actor or actress, or if you're really into watching kisses, maybe give it a shot. For me though, it's a hard pass.

This show had so much potential, but man, everything else was just so bad and shallow. Let's start with the plot. The writer did this romcom + thriller thing in another show, and I absolutely loved it there. But the conspiracy plot in this one? It was just underwhelming. It was introduced early on, disappeared for a stretch, and only really took the spotlight in the last few episodes. And when it was resolved, it happened so quickly and in such an unsatisfying way. I...

was expecting a big climax, but instead, it felt like a plot device to add some angst to the romance. Even the science/medical aspects of the story were shallow and poorly explained. They seemed to be there just to create some separation between the main characters.

Speaking of the romance, there was absolutely no chemistry between the leads. These two actors are so talented, but you wouldn't know it from watching this drama. The first kiss came out of nowhere and felt so forced. I didn't even realize they liked each other until they suddenly decided to start dating. And don't get me started on the cheesy romance scenes. They were just over-the-top and filled with clichés done poorly.

The whole drama was just too much, especially when it came to the humor. The humor was everywhere, and it was just loud and obnoxious. Both of the leads' families were either crying or overreacting to everything, and I ended up hating pretty much all of them. The only character I enjoyed was Nam Tae, and I felt like his relationship with Miran had so much potential that was left unexplored. The same can be said for Byung-Sim, Miran's ex-boyfriend, and her two best friends who were great as teenagers but became really unlikeable as adults.

And do not even get me started on Na Hayoung. She had absolutely no purpose other than being a annoying ex who constantly reminded everyone that time had passed. Let's just say that, except for Nam Tae, all the characters in this show were just bad.

The one redeeming quality of the show was the soundtrack. The songs were pretty good, but unfortunately, the badness of the show itself might have tainted them for me.
