A promising series with a diverse array of characters caught my attention, especially after enjoying the work of one of the lead actors in a previous show. However, this viewing experience left me wanting more. The storyline could have benefitted from some streamlining, as it felt unnecessarily drawn out. The dubbing also left much to be desired, drawing attention away from the plot to trivial details like characters' footsteps.
While the premise held potential, it lacked a sense of coherence throughout the series. The abundance of...antagonists seemed excessive, detracting from the overarching narrative. Despite not finding the main actor particularly appealing, the dynamic between the two leads was intriguing, heightening certain romantic moments. The quality of the performances varied, with some intimate scenes resonating more than others.
Overall, this series overstayed its welcome, prompting me to question its duration while viewing. Upon its conclusion, relief washed over me, signaling the end of a lackluster journey. -

If you're a fan of heartwarming romance with some unexpected plot twists, this series is a must-watch. I found it to be one of the most endearing Chinese dramas I've seen recently, earning a spot on my list of favorites. Each character adds a unique touch to the basic yet engaging romantic storyline. While the male lead took some time to win me over, the female lead captured my heart from the start. I highly recommend experiencing this tale of love and intrigue for yourself,...

This TV series presents a captivating storyline that draws viewers in from the very beginning. A wealthy CEO gets involved in an accident and encounters a deliverywoman who takes care of him during his recovery. As tensions rise due to company politics, the CEO pretends to have amnesia and seeks refuge in the deliverywoman's home. The evolving relationship between the two characters in the neighborhood and within the confines of the home is sure to charm audiences. While the series maintains its charm up to...
a certain point, perhaps until episode six, the narrative begins to wane in substance afterward. Those who may not have the time to watch the entire series should at least consider watching until episode six for a delightful experience. The chemistry between the characters and their tender moments are a highlight of the show. Additionally, the well-executed kiss scenes add a touch of romance that fans of the genre will appreciate.

Caution: Spoilers Ahead!
A unique blend of intricate family dynamics and more than just a typical love story, this drama offers a refreshing take on traditional romance plots. While the central romance storyline earns a solid rating, the overall narrative complexity deserves recognition as well. Despite its limited number of episodes, the storyline delves deep into character relationships and family secrets without feeling rushed, keeping viewers engaged with its swift pace and avoiding unnecessary dragging. Unlike many dramas where the best moments are saved for...the last episodes, this series manages to sprinkle engaging elements throughout its duration. Expect plenty of heartfelt moments between the protagonists, with numerous kissing scenes that might just make you squeal with joy. The story kicks off by introducing the male lead as the second son of the prestigious Ling family, who, despite being adopted, is deeply cherished by his father and entrusted with the family business. Following a suspicious car accident that leaves him injured, a chance encounter with the female lead sets off a chain of misunderstandings and hidden motives. As the male lead maneuvers through challenges and plots his comeback, their whirlwind romance blossoms against a backdrop of childhood traumas and family discord. The female lead, haunted by her mother's tragic death and subsequent memory loss, battles inner demons while navigating a tumultuous family dynamic that includes a conniving stepmother and jealous stepsister. As secrets unravel and alliances shift, it becomes evident that not all villains wear the expected mask, leading to a satisfying reveal of the true antagonist towards the series' conclusion. The chemistry between the leads shines through, albeit lacking the fiery passion one might anticipate, largely thanks to the actress's ability to form compelling connections with her co-stars. While the side characters' romantic entanglements may not hold as much appeal, the endearing banter between the best friends adds a touch of humor amidst the darker undertones of the plot. Overall, this series offers a captivating yet slightly somber viewing experience, leaving viewers intrigued until the very end, where a sinister antagonist finally steps into the spotlight.

Despite high expectations, the TV series ultimately falls into the trap of clichés. While many other reviews have already highlighted similar issues, it's perplexing why they all rated it so highly when, in my opinion, it's a mediocre show at best. As one reviewer astutely pointed out, the series lacks any real dynamism, failing to evoke genuine excitement, happiness, or suspense.
The premise of the story, centered around fake amnesia, initially intrigued me. Although I anticipated some typical tropes—such as a wealthy CEO trying to do...right by the female lead—the plot's development was disappointingly flat, offering no surprising twists. Each potentially heartwarming scene felt insipid and overly repetitive, possibly due to lackluster chemistry between the actors or uninspired performances. The pacing was also inconsistent, with a sluggish middle section dragging down the otherwise moderate tempo at the beginning and end.
Had the show introduced a more original storyline and injected some freshness into its cute moments, it could have easily earned a higher rating. One aspect I did appreciate was the OST, particularly the song featured at the end of each episode, which added a touch of enjoyment to the viewing experience.
For those with extra time on their hands who don't mind fast-forwarding through some scenes in the middle, this series may still hold some appeal. While the beginning and end show promise, the overall execution leaves much to be desired.
