Summary:

In a remote village, Daoroong, an assertive and spirited girl, takes on the role of protector against bullies. Tragedy strikes when her father, the esteemed village chief, is mysteriously murdered. With the impending need for a new leader, the village becomes apprehensive about who will assume the position. Seizing the opportunity for their own nefarious purposes, a group of unscrupulous individuals enter the race to become the next chief, intending to turn the village into a hub for illegal drug activities. Against all odds, Daoroong decides to join the race, despite her sister's disapproval and belief that it is sheer childishness.

Assigned to ensure fairness and justice in the village chief race, Thanop, a diligent deputy, arrives in Daoroong's village. The moment he lays eyes on her, he is captivated and instantly falls in love. Daoroong emerges triumphant from the race, and her commitment to improving the villagers' lives impresses Thanop. His admiration for her deepens, and he finds himself falling more deeply in love. However, Thanop's charm also captivates all the women in the village, including Daoroong's sister, further complicating matters.
